Job Description

IPIX Technologies is looking for a Project Coordinator with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. You will develop detailed project plans, ensuring proper resource allocation, setting timelines, and creating risk mitigation strategies. Monitoring project progress, you will identify bottlenecks and ensure projects are delivered on time. You will lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders, while serving as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements. Regular status updates and reports will be provided to senior management and clients. You will also manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring that project objectives align with business goals, and proactively identify risks, developing contingency plans as needed. In this role, you’ll swiftly resolve issues to maintain momentum, ensuring projects meet high-quality standards and comply with technical specifications. Additionally, you will facilitate post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for future improvements.
